Convert XML to to MySql DB - Searchable (Quick)

I am looking for a quick quick project here - Two stages. 1- if you go to ftp://[login to view URL] (username: auctions , no password) , you will see many XML files - I want to be able to upload that XML file to my server then your script would populate it into a MySql DB - (Everytime I upload a file - I get the option to either add it to existing DB of previous upload or a new DB). 2- using a form (done with Ajax, css, or php) , It will access the MySql we just created ( I get to chose which DB to access) - then we get to sort data , search fields and then browse and can export to CSV excel file ) Thats all - must be capable of big files because as you will see in the FTP I gave above, the files are large.
