Project Description:
Build it on Drupal 7 is a must,
Brand new site no data need to import.
No special design at this stage, simple layout only. all functions should be in-place.
we will test all functions before we pay.
The project:
A web-site for multiple laundry / Dry clean shops.
multiple languages support English + Sim. Chinese / Trad. Chinese.
include static pages in three languages for each shop it own.
include a blog for their latest news updates.
include a mail form in the site with Captcha.
eCommerce include cat. of laundry and dry clean.
support member log-in / and book a time slot for laundry collection (pop-up message to agree T&C, and another pop-up message to describe collection time)
Support simple workflow (for staff to update status) - there are only few steps of laundry and dry clean. For example: Laundry
Collected 〉checked 〉 washed and stored 〉delivered
For example: dry clean (piece by piece, because there maybe several pieces in one order)
Collected 〉checked 〉 washed and stored 〉delivered
There is one more work flow for re-wash.
Day-end process means calculate the sum of the sales, minus the e-payment and outstanding payment, in other word cash-of the shift.
Order-printing support.
Support bar-code or QR code scanning
Dashboard to remind up-coming events status for staffs each day.
Support smart phone display.
Each shop could have their own database, pricing, revenue status, day-end process, month end process.
