Web Design Plus Extras

Hi, I need some assistance with my website. There are several steps involved, so I am open to ideas. My website is called <[login to view URL]> and this is a lead generation tool for people who want website projects done. I send people to this page and they submit for free web design quotes. I run my own web design company and I have gotten way too many leads from this website to handle myself, so I have decided to sell the leads to other web designers rather than just throw them away as they come in. I have an order form on this page where companies/people can order these leads from me. <[login to view URL]> When companies buy leads from me, I send them an email that looks like this: <[login to view URL]> This is directly forwarded from the form page that visitors use to submit for free quotes. So, the first part of the bid is to format the form results that are emailed to me to be more readable and make more sense. I can give you the current PHP form processor page if you need it. The next thing I need help with is finding companies who want these web design leads as they come in. I think my prices are extremely reasonable, but I am open to ideas on that as well. My selling point is that once companies would get the leads, they don't pay any commissions, etc on the projects they win. Hard part is finding companies that want all this extra business. I have contacted some local web designers and they are all swamped and don't have time for more work. So, I guess in summary, I need a php script edited for formatting and also a marketing plan for finding web design companies to buy leads.
