PHP/Joomla Expert Needed

Please take a look at [login to view URL] This is a site created in Joomla and it has been set up to use the Mosets Hot Property vacation rentals listing extension. We have found that this extension does not give us the entire functionality that we require. Please also look at [login to view URL] which DOES give us the functionality that we require. Ideally, I would like this project to be to retain the Joomla site but to remove the Hot Property extension and replace it with the idevspot script. I am advised by idevspot that their vacation rentals script can be integrated into a Joomla site but I cannot verify this personally. If this cannot be done, then the project would be to convert the existing Joomla Holiday Home World site to a standard HTML/PHP site and to incorporate the idevspot vacation rentals script mentioned above. When bidding on this project, you should state please which of the two alternatives you would be doing if I were to award the project to you. If one alternative is significantly cheaper than the other, please tell me so. In addition to the features offered by the idevspot script, we wish to bring forward into the new site, from the existing site, the site name/logo at the head of the page along with the global search facility, the sliding images immediately below the header banner, the Latest News feed from the News page to the Home page, the Testimonials feed, the weather and currency converter features shown on the Home page. We do NOT need the Destinations Info box that presently is shown on the Home page of the existing site. You should instruct me as to how I can change/add to the sliding images at the head of the page. The new site should be fully SEO optimised, carry a navigation bar at the top of the pages and simple text links to all pages at the foot of each page, plus the copyright etc notices – all as at present. In simple terms, I like the basic design and the features of the present site and I would like to carry them forward onto the new site so that it looks pretty much the same as the existing site except that instead of Mosets Hot Property listing extension, we are using the idevspot script. As part of the project I shall also need idevspot's Affiliate script to be integrated, (I have already installed it). This should include making it look as much like the other (non-affiliate) pages as possible. I shall need to see good relevant feedback please, for anyone bidding on this project. Please PMB me if do not fully understand what I am wishing to achieve here, or if you need any further explanation.
