Fix module loading error and jomsocial text syntax

We have a site that only displays modules when the "ALL" is selected..we cannot publish a module on an single page.... to see modules they need to be published on every page...we need this fixed.

we also have jomsocial installed and the text syntax is not looking correct...for example..when a video is upload the alert loooks like COM_COMMUNITY_ACTIVITIES_UPLOAD_VIDEO. THis happens with all com_community entires and is also visible in the jomsocial profile page...we want this changed to be more acceptable..

Fixes need to be documented and submitted for our records.

If you can fix these problems please bid...no cowboys.
