Project Overview: -Client is in the Sports Information Business. -We have completed designing the Design Concept of his website. (Index page and sub pages template : 3 PSD Files) -We have also completed designing his Admin Panel (in static graphic format) so most of the pages and content like "Login Page", "Main Page to see after Login", etc are already designed by us in soft copy! -Client needs to have his frontend created: (html + minor flash header) + his BackEnd Admin Panel (to administer/update the content of his website) -The front end of his website does include static information like FAQs, Contact us forms as well as User registration forms and Payment checkout. -The client is using a Credit Card Processor called "WorldPay". More information is at [login to view URL] (The client is purchasing this merchant account so you need to know how to integrate the codes into his website) -You must be familiar with creating professional looking Websites and as well as User-friendly Admin Panels. -The Admin Panel will have the following main functions for Administrator: a) Update Website (CMS): This is for administrator to add, edit or delete content on static pages within template boundaries. b) Manage Subscibers : This is for administrator to view the current list of subscribers, edit or delete their data OR create a new subscriber. c) Manage Account : This is for administrator to create new login Group(like his staff) and set their permissions regarding the functions they can use when they login. Also the administrator can change his password here. d) Manage his Sports Information Experts This is for administrator to either add, edit or delete his group of Experts (whose profile like data and image will appear on the front-end) -There will also be an Admin panel for the Sports Information Experts. Here they can only view the number of subscribers they have. -There will also be a Login for the Subscribers so that they can update their registration details. -Good Skills with PSD, flash, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL is a must. -Full project documents will include Detailed Project Brief, illustrated Admin Panel Brief, Content files and PSD files. Tasks required: 1) To create the Front End of the website(about 12pages) (with the provided PSD files of the index page + Sub pages template) within 5 days from project award. 2) To create the Admin Panels / Backend of the website (with the provided illustrated Admin Panel Brief) within 20 days from project award and upload into Development Server. 3) Fine tune any minor details with client and upload into client's live site within 27 days from project award. Some Details: -You are to sign an agreement not to use this project in any way as your project reference, be it on print, website, email or any corporate, personal or freelancer website. -We will providing a Cpanel development account with php, mysql for this project. -All Development work will be done on this account for the duration of this project. -Upon client approval of the work done on this development server, you will then upload the files into his actual live site (which is also Cpanel, php, mysql). -You will also need to provide a 90-day debugging, should any errors or bugs appear within 90-days after service delivery. Payment Terms: 1) If your feedback is 20 or less, you will need to deliver complete work before full payment is transferred to you. (Please check our feedback, we pay on time, every time. This is to filter only serious Service Providers. *We have been cheated several times*) 2) If your feedback is 21 or more, 50% escrow will be transferred upon project kickoff and released upon client confirmation of design concept. Remaining 50% will then be escrowed and released on project completion. 3) Source Codes (php,image files + mysql database) must be delivered before completion of payment!
