I require a database to be designed using mysql to be able to load email list data into it to be stored and searched.
De duplication needs set up. Exporting as txt and c.s.v files is needed.
Search: need to be able to search and email by its domain end ie: .[url removed, login to view] or .net etc.
Need to be able to search by tag as well.
When loading a list we need the ability to load a tag for that list.
Need facility to search entire database. Must be able to handle 250 million email addresses.
If you need any other information please let me know. I can give you cpanel access to what ever you need.
