The purpose is to build a downlinebuilder.
An example of a downlinebuilder is Refer Club Downline Builder but with some additional features. It should have most of the features of RCDBS([url removed, login to view]) + paid members module([url removed, login to view]).
There are some additional features which are explained in the pdf.

The project can be done in fases, whereby first the free model and lateron the pro membership features are added.
General requirements:

When using Ruby -> the Ruby On Rails application framework)
When using PHP -> the CodeIgniter application framework or CakePHP)
