This job is urgent, and needs to be done before the 29th of June. You will have access to all code, the database, and you will be supplied with the CSVs for analyzing.
I need some custom PHP coding to do the following work. This is for an existing site which has not been released yet. If you do a good job, there will be more work for you.
PERSON DATABASE:
Step 1) User imports CSV file
Step 2) CSV file contents are compared to current database. If there are duplicates, ignore, if there are new items or updated items, update database.
Step 3) A web form which allows the user to type in a persons name, which updates as the name is typed with a list of matches. When the user selects a match, the form fields on the page are filled with the matching data (address, phone number, etc).
BANK STATEMENTS:
Step 1) User imports CSV file
Step 2) Automatic bank detection by CSV layout or other method (there are 5 different banks, all with different CSV layouts)
Step 3) CSV file contents are then compared to a listed of items waiting for payment, if matched (first searching by unique reference, then amount to match) then set a flag.
Step 4) On the website, present a page for the administrator to confirm the matched amounts
Step 5) Ability to export a CSV to be uploaded back to the bank (again, different for each of the 5 banks)
