Webservice integration to a SAP Backend

**CODER RESTRICTION: Country=ROMANIA, German language basics** The project is just a Web Interface to some (4-5) database tables from a SAP Server. The data from these tables should be queried and maintained using WebServices. The WebServices on the sAP System are not yet implemented, the coder should create them (practically, easy SIUD Routines), and call these services from a Web Application (wished solution: a Java EJB based ??"JSF?- Website), but a good OOP 3-Tier solution based on ASP.NET C# or PHP 5 OOP can be accepted. Deliverables and the communication on RAC is in English, but while communication in verbal form and on chat will be in Romanian and German, only coders from ROMANIA with some abilities of German qualify.
