Template Monster Flash Edit + CRM

**What I am looking for**

I have been asked to have a site created for a new business startup and therefore I need a coder who is very experienced in building flash websites to edit a Template Monster template for me to provide some personalization to the template and to make sure all the relevant company information is included. Who ever is selected will be someone we hope to build a long lasting relationship with in the future as this business grows and the site needs editing. This is why, even though the scope of the project is relatively simple I will be looking for a coder who can handle much larger and more complex projects down the line.

**How long will it take?**

For someone who knows what they are doing this job should take no more than 5-6 hours, because you are not building a site from scratch but simply copying and pasting elements into an established flash template and installing an open source CRM script.

**Requirements**

If you do not have (numbered) answers to all of these questions then I will ignore your message because it will mean you haved either not bothered to read this request properly (I need a coder with attention to detail) or you have been to lazy to submit answers (I need a hard worker as I have very specific requirements)

**Interview Questions:

1.** How long have you worked with Flash?

**2.** Do you often get ill during projects or do you currently have any relatives who are sick?

**3**. Which version of Adobe Flash do you own?

**4**. What other relevant tools do you have at your disposal?

**5**. Are you prepared to use your initiative without too much prompting from myself, once you have all the details?

**6**. Have you downloaded the attachments and read through them before contacting me? (Hint: If not do so now or you fail this interview).

**7**. Provide me a [single] example of a website you have built using flash

**8**. How much do you charge per hour?

**9**. If you have submitted a bid, please break this down and explain exactly how you arrived at your figure, I do not work with coder that make "*guesstimates*"

**10**. When can you start and when will you finish?
