Super-star Developer High Performance PHP/SQL and Java

We are looking for a super-star developer who writes clean modular OO code whether it is in JAVA or PHP, adheres to MVC design patterns, and ALWAYS documents his code (did we say always? We mean it!).
He/she must be able to work quickly and meet aggressive deadlines. The right candidate will be at home on any *nix platform. In fact, we prefer someone whose platform of choice for all computing is *nix.
Additionally, we have a strong preference for individuals that are fluent in Russian and reside in the former USSR. To date, we have hired only native Russian speakers (four in total) for full-time work
and we are very pleased with them.
Desired Skills:
1. High Performance OO PHP + Design Patterns
2. Has written efficient SQL
3. Detailed Knowledge of the SMTP protocol
4. Must be fluent in at least one high level compiled language or JAVA.
5. Native Russian speaker
6. Available to work at least 50 hours a week
7. Accessible at any time by cellular telephone in case of a production problem.
8. Great communications skill and is a team player who knows when to give help and when to ask for help.
