Index page should have 3 of the latest pictures (with captions, alt,title tags) from each category (12 categories)
Category pages will contain 16 posts (organized like? [the current site][1]) and will be updated from the backend by a folder import from my webserver (see WP plugin? *PhotoQ*) and/or multiple/single picture import function with the ability to add tags and comments, automatically building the title and alt tags from the picture file name. The category pages should have the same layout as the current site does. Each category should be represented by a thumbnail (which could be changed)? as the site currently looks.
Each picture would also have its own post page with a comment function for visitors.
There should be some type of backend functions for managing the picture library
The adsense structure will remain the same with the ability to customize the location and type (text,link unit, etc) in the future
Webpage(s) should be SEO friendly retaining the page links already on Google through redirects (to retain page rank) this should be possible through 301 redirect (ex. .htm - .php)
The website would look and function to the visitor pretty much the same as does right now, (mainly only the backend function will change) the other portions will remain the same (video, news, articles, etc)
Coding should be well documented and able to be changed (and replicated in the future), if possible through the wordpress template/plugin editor.
Additional Wordpress plugins should be able to be installed without the functions breaking.
