100 back links

We require 100 new spiderable links, from sites/pages with a Google PageRank of 1 or above. Ours is a PR4 Web Site. On completion, an Arelis compatable spread sheet form (attached) with details of each link in order that we can verify the link/pagerank and spiderability. Include the path to get to the link page with our link on it. Additional bonus after 30 days of Google Page Rank squared for each Google spidered link that comes from "real estate" themed pages that are PR1 or above. All links must have the anchor text: "San Felipe real estate". All links must be from a page with less than 50 links. Bonus also dependant on performing the terms of this bid. For example: After 30 days, a qualifying link from a PR4 page would result in a $16 bonus, a PR6 page would be $36 The preferred link text verbage is: White Sand Beaches - Miles of them. Two resort pools with spa, underground utilities, gated community, USA title insurance, seller financing, reasonable CC&R's, restaurant/cantina, convenience store/deli, internet cafe, small shopping mall. Often, web maters desire a link back before they will link to our page. We will accomodate this but Links back must be submitted in this excel spreadsheet format provided with a seperate spreadsheet for each link page you want the links to be on. For example, spreadsheet 1 would correspond to link page 1 on our site. Currently we have 5 of these linked pages. No Adult Content We reserve the right to disqualify a link if we feel that search engines will penalize us for a reciprical link. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
