WHM & cPanel Migration From Shared Hostgator Server to Private VPS

Currently I have about 45 active websites all being hosted on a shared hosted server over at Hostgator. I need someone to properly move all of my websites over from the current shared server to a new VPS server I have created over at Digital Ocean. I have already created an account, the droplet, WHM & cPanel are both installed. Many of these sites receive between 500-4,000 UV's per day so being down for as little time as possible is very important to us which is why we are making this move. I need someone who has extensive cPanel and WHM knowledge. I also need someone who knows how to fix the DB errors in MySql that occur after moving a wordpress based website. About 40/45 websites are wordpress base and so they correspond with MySql and need PHPMyAdmin knowledge. Not all of the websites on this server need to be moved. I will provide a list of the domain names once the project begins. I am not looking for an hourly rate. I need someone confident enough in themselves to accomplish this project within 3 days time "Monday" end of business day USA MST time for a flat rate of $150 split into 2 milestones to be released at 50% and again at 100%.
