Update Tracking Numbers on Paypal from my Email

Hello Everybody ,
Basically I have an Online Store of products , I get paid into my paypal ...
whenever a customer purchase my product , I get payment to my paypal , for example lets say Jesse King is my customer ..
I have a worker that ship the purchased items to my customers ( John Smith ) and then he sends me a mail with the tracking number :
this Is how it looks on my email :

You see , I always get the Order number with status " shipped "
I need to take the information inside and upload John Smith on my paypal (using paypal IPN)
This is how the email looks from the inside :

In this picture .. a tracking numbe is shown : LN458790215CN ... I need to go to paypal to " Jesse King " and update
him that this is the tracking number for his order.
I am pretty sure that those who already worked with IPN paypal and Gmail will do it easily... but if you're not experienced in IPN service
that this should be a little adventure for you guys.
