PSD to Wordpress newspaper theme with custom post type of "News"

Hi,

I've PSD for wordpress newspaper template in Bangla. So, I need someone from Bangladesh to convert the PSD to Wordpress Newspaper Template with custom post type of NEWS. There should be a lot of category that belongs to several news category that should be hard coded in the theme functions so, they don't need to created.

I would like a fresh Freelancer with great experience. Who want's to start his/her career with freelancer and need a good feedback.

More will be discussed after shortlisted and in interview section.

I only prefer Bangladeshi. So, please answer this question very first of the offer letter. "Bangladesh er jatio ful er nam ke?"
