Mod to sitemile freelancer wordpress theme

Hi I have a few tedious things that need to be done to a wordpress sitemile freelancer theme. The script allows them to pick featured, sealed bids and no index search engines but has no place to see what there going to be charged so need that changed so there will be a charge next to that and a way to change the fee if I want. That should happen in posting of the job, the edit posting and the repost section. Also on that part I want a way that I can make them featured, sealed or no index from my admin end in case I want to upgrade them for free. When you sign up for an account it asks you do you want to be a service provider or service contractor. I do not want two roles I want everyone to just be a user so they can both buy and sell. When you sign up and pick your classification then go to the account page if your a provider you only see the provider menu, it needs to show both provider and contractor menus cause there should just be one role for everyone buy or sell. It should not say service provider or service contractor either, in those spots for service provider it should say Seller for service contractor in that spot it should say Buyer See why the layout changes is not taking effect. When in admin and you click to change the layout of the theme it doesnt change on our end, its probably because were not smart enough to figure out how but check and fix that if necessary. Remember no where should it ask them if they want to be a provider or seller, no where on the site should it say service provider or service contractor, nor should anywhere on the site should it say provider or contractor. provider is always Seller and a contractor is always Buyer Thank you, If I get a good person with good feedback for 50.00 or under you can have this now and probably done in a hour or so and get paid.
