Install Google Analystics & Remove Live Chat from Joomla Site

I need to have the following 3 tasks completed on a Joomla website:
(1) Make a back-up of the site
(2) Install Google Analytics
(3) Remove a previously installed Live-Chat software from the site (Zopim chat). The chat may have been previously installed with a plug-in. You'll need to check whether that's the case otherwise you'll need to remove the chat manually. The chat script is normally installed in the footer and looks like this:
