social media share for reward type website needs created and designed

Hi require someone to create me a similar website to the likes of referr or possibly an idea similar to some of the new concept of customer loyalty / retaining customers, style websiites currently in the US.

The site I am aiming for is aimed at UK & Ireland, so people can share an offer, that I get the local businesses to provide me with, then after they share 3 times they then get this offer for free or for a discounted rate.

I would also like to incorporate a customer loyalty app, so the merchant can have an app and also the customer can claim their reward after the people they have referred have been instore to show they have had receipt of the shared offer.

This will also in effect alloy for a payment processing system to be incorporated, with customer feedback through social media, where business can respond.
