Project POH: Advance User Spec

---Executive Summary (Full spec is in attached file) ======================================= I need one or more moch-ups of a user management screen(s) that gracefully handles the following use cases. Once I have a good moch-up, then I will ask you create an html version of the moch-up and I’ll then have you or another company develop the back-end software. Since this is an iterative process, please bid the amount needed to get to the initial moch-up and please also indicate your hourly rate for any follow-on work.. I will pay you a flat fee to get the initial bit-map moch-up (but every use-case MUST be addressed), and then pay you per hour for future iterations and for the conversion to html. I am in an extreme rush, so please bid at a rate that will ensure me your full attention. --- Deliverables for initial bid ====================== 1. The bitmap moch-ups in native photoshop .psd format. 2. An explanation of how each numbered item in the spec is addressed in your moch-up. I need to see that all use cases are addressed. 3. This is all organized by Initiative, which in most cases has a one-to-one correlation to a single company. The idea is that this is a user management module for a web site that actual serves several different Initiatives. Those companies do NOT want employees from other companies seeing their data. 1.1. An Initiative can have users from more than one company 1.2. A company can belong to more than one initiative 1.3. A user may belong to more than one initiative, and to more than one company. 1.4. A user can only work within one Initiative at a time. The roles and permission he has in one Initiative do not carry over (do not apply) to any other initiative. The only thing they have in common is a common log-in. 1.5. Initiatives have certain meta data 1.5.1. Language choice 2. The Program Technical POC can set all of the defaults for evertyhing. Initiative Technical POCs and then over-ride them (but
