We need a PPD webscript similar to FileIce, Sharecash, etc. - just better :)
Users upload files and get money every time someone completes an offer on the download page.
The script needs to have admin panel where we can setup offers,affiliate payments,user management.
The script needs to be custom made from scratch, nothing on the shelf or that has already been use in other projects.
