Build new web site

Estamos en la busqueda de alguien que puede actualizar nuestro sitio de web utilizando un formato simple y moderno. No es necesario mantener el sitio nuevo debido a que no es un sitio interactivo. Es solamente un sitio que contiene nuestra informacion en formato basico. Tal vez precisaremos un nuevo logo comercial. Queremos un disenador local que habla espanol como idioma nativo y nuestra preferencia es que el proyecto se concreta lo antes posible. Ya tenemos el contenido en espanol y no es necesario traducir ese contendio en ingles porque eso se hace internamente. Se entrega los presupuestos en pesos argentinos, por favor. Uno para el sitio de web, y otro para el sito de web mas el logo nuevo, si corresponde. Muchas gracias por su atencion. I am looking for someone to create a new web site for our small company. It will not be interractive nor will it be maintained, rather the purpose is to have a simple, easy to navigate site providing our basic information using a clean and appealing format. We currently have a website with all of the content which will go into the new web site. All that is required is some updating so that it fits with our new image. In addition, we may also require a new logo. The web designer must be a native Spanish speaker as our company is local. The English version of the web site will be translated by us. Our preference is for someone who works efficiently and can produce results in a timely manner as we would like to have it up and running by mid-January at the very latest. Kindly provide quotes for the web site only, and a second one for the web site plus the creation of a new logo, if applicable. Please provide quotes in Argentine pesos.
