Hello,
We have a website that requires an update. The schedule must be for no more then 3 weeks including bug fixing and touch-ups.
If you are interested in the project, please send a PM and I will send you the website address that you will be working on.
The fixes you will need to make are:
• Include a “Order High Quality Prints” button to the home page
• Add a rotating image area to the homepage to highlight some of the products
• Modify some of the graphics - we will provide the graphics
• Include language switching drop-down menu (there will be 3 languages: English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese - We will provide the content)
• Modify the format of the product sales pages so the website can make more sales
• Modify the location map (contact page) to either be a zoomable graphic or a Google map **please provide different quotes for each option**
• Move the Print buttons to a more visible location at the top right or top left of the page
• Hide the print buttons on pages where there are no specifications
• Place an “Inquire” button on each product page that opens a contact form so clients can contact the company about products // Another option would be to dd a shopping cart button to each product page that is linked to a online payment system. **please provide different quotes for each option**
• Set up a Wordpress or similar blog system (can use free theme or purchased theme) // Another option is to set up a custom blog that exactly matches the rest of the website design **please provide different quotes for each option**
• Remove product codes from menu pages to clean up the layout (items simply need to be deleted)
• Change text and add 'Contact us' button to product pages
We will provide detailed PDF markups of these changes to the winning bidder.

Please include some extra time/cost in your quote for a few extra modifications that are not included in this list. We WILL NOT increase the cost for this project once the winning bidder has been selected. This means that you must understand all requirements before placing a serious bid. Please ask questions in a PM if necessary.
Final note: We require a contractor that will communicate effectively. This mean we need an email update from you once at the end of each work day, and continuous progress. If you fail to do this, we will provide two warnings. After warnings, the project will be canceled and awarded to another freelancer. IMPORTANT: We do not want to be too tough, but we have had problems before with freelancers disappearing and not completing work. If you are a serious and professional person/company, this will obviously not be a problem.
We hope to find a person or a company who does good work, and conducts themselves professionally. We will have a lot more work for the winning bidder if this project is successful.
