Upgrade & Improvements for a videochat portal

We are searching for a contractor with proven experience in this field who is capable to upgrade and improve our platform created on Flash & Flash Media Server 4 technologies. It's a website coded in Php5 & Css3 + Flash based on a Full ModenaCam license (last version v4.0 launched by 1 month on [login to view URL]) with Performers, Members, Studios and Admin account types. In the current project's state, any Performer can choose between 2 different types of streaming when "going online" for his webcam: - standard, not encoded (more bandwidth but less server resources) - encoded HD (sometimes less bandwidth but more server resources), and for this type of streaming, each time, an XML file is needed to be generated for that session of streaming and then loaded inside the Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 program (presumed to be downloaded and installed first on that computer) The upgrade and improvements needed for our project are: - the elimination of the manual procedure needed each time for the HD streaming - the creation of a plugin / inside code that will provide 1 single type of streaming for the Performer - the possibility of choose for any Performer from multiple types of quality streaming (low, medium, high, HD) in the moment he starts an online chat session - the settings needed to improve the quality, fluency and stability of the platform for a large number of streaming sessions We mention that we have servers with powerful hardware configurations, internet bandwidth, speed and storage and we assure a permanent cooperation, communication and feedback for many required and necessary tests in order to help you to accomplish these needed tasks. We will offer access to all the Flash, Php sources you will need for the current project and to our FMS server settings and configuration. Will have priority those bidders with high experience in Adobe Flash Media Server & Flash Media Live Encoder products who are capable to provide examples of similar websites where they successfully succeeded to integrate such tasks.
