2 Pages on a PHP Website

Looking to have a website finished which should take no more than 1 an hour. The site was 95% complete by someone on this site....however as they promises to complete no more than 20 mins work i gave then a rating then never heard from them again leaving the site incomplete. The single user is already there as tou can see so just need a page for compaies to register...i have the text to go in the page. 2. The poll page......i need this set to zero. 3. Contact us i need a form 4. I need the advertising banners removed from the main site. Then show the site as it is in [login to view URL] until i have compaies to advertise. Basically i don't want to show the site live with no advertising
