Make modifications to flash (Flash streaming window)

I have an adult webcam site and need to make changes to the the flash interface that the models see. Right now there is a flash designed box that shows the flash stream from my server. Models are allowed free chat, when a user clicks private chat no one else can go in and view. I want to change that part so multiple people can enter chat and pay for private, but add an exclusive chat where only one person can enter. Also when the last person leaves the paid room, I want a pop up for the model to let them know and start a customizable timer to let them know they are going to be in public view is this much time so get yourself put together. This project is both flash and php. I am good with PHP, just need to know what variables the flash action script is sending and can create the php. This should be an easy change for flash developers. Successful candidate will have much more work in the near future as I complete the website.
