Holiday E-Card with Hawaiian Theme

I need to have a holiday e-card created for our company. The last designer crapped out on me so I am now pressed for time. What I want is an e-card that can be sent via email by the people in my office to their clients. It would be great if each of the people in my office could customize their message I have included an image that I would like used as the background in some for or fashion. I would like to include some animation which I have described below. Starts out with Happy Holiday’s from company name I would like a white background with snow falling. then I would like the color to transition into a blue background with water bubbles going up as the water level decreases. the decreasing water level would review the photo that I have provided. Beneath the photo I would like the following text. In order to help protect our environment, our company has opted to send out digital holiday cards this year. The money saved on printing and postage has been donated to the Conservation Council of Hawaii. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
