Flash site from pdf s

I need a flash website designed. I have pdf materials that were used to make a sales packet I want these used to construct the new site, you seriously won't have a lot of work to do on this project. I will supply alot of visual content, I just need a designer that can make it come alive with flash motion and animation. Website should look and render properly across most common browsers and OS. Must support Internet Explorer, FireFox, Netscape. I need these pdfs I have attached an content from the website mentioned within as well rolled into one new website. I need a very impressive display of flash use and skills. I need a highly creative individual or team to handle this project. Deadline is March 1st 2007 for final copy for review and revisions. I will release half of the funds at this time to the coder. This project will go for review in front of my partners on the 2nd of March and I will ask for any changes needed then. And will release the rest of the funds on the 6th of March. I need a report every other day so I can see progress. If these reports are not in chat area for me to review every other day I will have to cancel project as you won’t be able to finish on time. All content from website is needed, except the MAP feature. This is not needed. Brochure must be interactive and open when pages are clicked etc. A new header and footer needs to be made for all pages based off the header and footer in FCA[SalesSheets].PDF

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
