Flash Game Maker (side-scrolling platformer) AS3

I want a Flash Application coded in ActionScript 3 that will allow me and my site users to create 2D Platform / Side-Scrolling games right on my website with no experience. So basically I want a Flash Platform Maker that will allow my site users to make games like Super Mario Bros. You can use any open source game engines available on the internet to make this game. The games made with the App need to run smoothly and have great collision detection. The games need to be easy to make for the users. I'll take care of any of the graphic work, all you'll need to do is code it. You should have GREAT AS3 knowledge. Basic PHP and/or MySQL knowledge is a plus but not necessary since I have those skills. Basically this game making engine would be on my website ([login to view URL]) so when a user goes to make a game, their game data should be either stored in the database or in an external file on the server (preferably a file). I also want this game making application to only worked on my site so that it can't be stolen and used on another site. Here's some more details about this flash platform making engine: It should be capable of perfectly replicating these 3 games (you can test out the games at the following urls): Super Mario Bros 3: [login to view URL] Contra: [login to view URL] Mega Man 2: [login to view URL] (be sure to click the middle 'Play Game' link when trying out those games) Here are some of the features it should have: Character Editor -The person should be able to create 1 or multiple playable character -When creating the character, user should be able to import either the character's frames with PNG or GIF graphics or import a swf file with the character animation -Should be able to choose the characters physics, run speed, jump, etc -The characters weapon and how the character hurts or kills enemies -Should be able to determine what happens when character gets hit or how many hits it takes to die and how many lives the character gets -What happens when character dies (example, super mario bros 3, character flies off screen and in mega man 2, character explodes) -etc Enemy Editor -Some of the same things I said for Character Editor -Should be able to determine the behavior of the enemy (like their movement and what they do, they don't have to be very smart) -Should be able to determine how the enemy can hurt the character -etc Object Editor -These would be objects that appear on the levels -Object can also be something that you can stand on (such as ground) or something that could block enemy fire (like a wall) -etc Item Editor -Items would be an item that you pick up that gives you health, weapon power or upgrade, displays a message, etc Level Editor -Should be able to design the level and put it together by placing objects, items and enemy's and character starting point and ending point on the level -Should be an option for the user to make a "world map" (similar to super mario bros 3) where they can navigate from level to level -etc Transition Screen Editor -These are screen you see between levels, after you lose a life, etc -etc Title Screen Editor -User should be able to create their own title screen by importing graphics -etc GUI Editor -User should be able to determine how the menus look -Should be able to determine how the health bar looks (or if there is one) -etc Graphic Editor -There should be an editor that lets users import their graphic and see how it looks -Should be able to select from default graphics and graphics others have made available -etc I didn't list everything since there's a lot to list but like I said, it should be capable of replicating the 3 games I listed with all the features that those 3 games have. I also want someone to take this job who is willing to do future work for me on this Flash Game Maker and another future Game Making application in Flash.
