Flash front webpage with login

I need just a professional looking flash page with a login/password. The backend of the site is not yet designed so the login should merely request an email address.

The login and request for email address will be followed by a page that notifies the customer that they will be notified by email when the product is ready for download.

This project needs to be done immediately. I need the page operational by Wednesday as we will be demo-ing the product at a convention during the week. Our small problem is that the downloadable version is not ready yet.

## Deliverables

1) Single webpage with flash or something comparable that is professional looking. We are in the financial services industry.

2) The webpage will have request for login/password.

3) After the login the customer will be asked for an email address.

4) After capturing the email address the customer will be informed that he will receive an email when the product is available for download.

5) Accumulated email addresses will be forwarded to my email account.

## Platform

Windows 95 and newer with Explorer and Netscape.
