Flash audio & video recording & playback

Take a look at [url removed, login to view] I want to replicate a couple of the examples on my own server but using a different player to playback the audio and video.

I have a server running Red5. I want to be able to provide a choice to a visitor to my website to a) record audio and b) record video, both using Flash.

Once the recording is saved to Red5, I then provide the user a unique code tied to a MySQL database.

When that code is typed into a form, that audio file or video file is played back.

The functionality should work a little like this:

This works very well for audio, except I have not been able to save it and play it back:

Playback needs to be using the JW Player (version JW5) from [url removed, login to view]

I will use this JWplayer skin to playback the audio and video

The audio player will have this plug-in:

The maximum recording time for both the audio and video should be 45 seconds.

You will have cPanel and rtmp access.

Initial tasks:

1. Create a file name test.txt. This text file only has the word 'hello' in it. Upload the file via cPanel and upload the file.

2. Create a table and output it to a web-page:

CREATE TABLE example_autoincrement (

id INT NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY,

data VARCHAR(100)

)

INSERT INTO example_autoincrement (data) VALUES ('Hello world')

SELECT * FROM example_autoincrement
