I have an arcade site with integrated forums. I want my forums to look as close as possible to my arcade. My forums are phpBB3 RC5.
I want the dark purple border around the outside, with the dark purple inside, and the light purple outside. Would like to have the forum boxes to look as close as possible to the arcade
Would like to have two columns in the main page.
One on the small left for information, like a user block, friends block, search block, links block, advertisement block, etc. about the same width as the left column on the arcade site. and the other column for the forum content.
Would like the header to have space for buttons below it like the arcade has.
You should really be familiar with phpBB3 because you will have to know what code to put where.
I was this as close as possible to the look of the arcade. Please do not bid on this unless you are 100% sure you can do this. I do not want a second rate job. If you can do this please place a bid and look forward to hearing from you.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
