Hi, Actually I had something like this in mind: 1. A spider is a good Idea and I would defenitely want something like that integrated. and maybe I would appreciate the ability to move a site up or down in the results based on a keyword. I think this feature can be provided in an admin panel or an XML file, whichever way you find OK. 2. Also, have the spider logic for images, news, video and audio too 3. If you add shopping search which can compare costs and products from various online stores that would be great too. 4. what i had in mind when i said the spider logic was : my results = yahoo + lycos + altavista +(my own Spider) (no duplicate links and should be very fast) - if you can arrange these combined results so that we get all the most relevent results first...then that would be just GREAT 5. Finally, if you could "cache" all these results so that when someone enters the same keyword again, they would be shown the pages directly from the cache.(just to speedup things) Also, in addition to the ones above, another small thought - results appearing in all search engines can be given a higher weightage, as chances are that they would be more relevant .....just my thought Any small additions also should be acievable as and when it seems proper. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
