parse raw email messages

I will provide sample emails from a news letter. That newsletter has an ad at the top, then Table of Content, then a list of things that I call help requests. Each help request has several attributes.

The goal is to parse the email and write a database record per help request where the values of each column is attributes.

1. Language of choice is RUBY

2. DB access layer will be Rails ActiveRecord. The AR model will simply be attribute per attribute in the email.

3. I will provide 6 full samples of the newsletter to ensure that the parser can well tested
