Membership Based Site

I'm looking to setup a membership based, goal oriented website, where members need to be able to:

1. Log in.

2. Type in specific personal info that will be recalled to them on command, including sign-on.

3. Chart their progress (ex, member's goal is to lose weight, so their weekly weight is charted for them).

4. Ability to setup/join groups of members with similar goals.

--Ability to send messages to all or certain members of their group.

--Ability to have a chatroom with group members.

--Will need to have a list of groups that are accepting new group members with group specific details

--Members will need ability to send "applications" to group owners to possibly join

--Group owners will need ability to allow/deny members to group

5. I'll need some autoemails to go out. For example, if a member accomplishes 50% of their goal (as in loses 50% of their goal weight), I'd like an email to go to them congratulating them.

I'm looking for very minimal site maintenance on my part, hence the auto emails and group list that automatically updates when a new group is added or deleted, begins accepting and stops accepting members. Site will be mostly self-run.

6. I'd like members to be able to report "abuse" of groups, such as foul language in group descriptions or rogue group leaders.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
