Market Prediction Software

I will require a software tool which will: 1) Search for and find all news articles containing company names from the Google news aggregator (<[login to view URL]>) and supply the user with the list of company names, article links, and their respective stock symbols. 2) Perform Fourier analysis of the inter-relationships of user-supplied stock prices at various timescales. (ie. the phase and amplitude response of one stock price with respect to a change in another stock price) 3) Create a means by which the user's "suggestion" (ie. the price of stock A will probably go down) can be selectively taken into account in the Fourier predictive model as an additional tunable term. 4) Perform statistical analysis of the above Fourier analysis results to indicate the degree of correctness of the analysis as a predictor for future price changes. The goal of this is to determine whether any given set of stocks actually have an interdependence, to what extent that interdependence exists, and whether the user "suggestion" increases or decreases the correlation of the model. A clean, professional GUI is important. It is also important that the Fourier analysis work quickly and accurately. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. The buyer is under no obligation to pay for the product if it does not meet stated specifications. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The buyer attains all rights of ownership and resale of the deliverable and the seller retains none. ## Platform Windows. Preferably coded in C++ or Java, but not required.
