From sending an SMS message to a pre-determined short code locate the handset and provide local information within a pre-determined geographical distance from that point. The system is UK based and will need to work based on postcode address details for the distance from the calculated point. For example: User texts the word Pub to the code 12345 The system works out that the handset is a specific location and gives details of all pubs within 1 mile of the site (based on postcodes). The system should be able to send an application to the Java / Symbian / Windows handset and from the database provide the appropriate information. There will be various version of the software for different products or services, each identified by an individual keyword and the distance from the user to the given information will be pre-determined by the subject, so a standard database structure and an ability to modify the distance is essential; if the application sent to the phone could give options from distance that would be useful.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
