Excel VBA project

This is the overview of the project:There is a small ACCESS db with only 1 table (MASTER_TABLE). Two things need to be accomplished: 1) From this MASTER_TABLE a second table that's a subset of this needs to be created without certain fields (see the cash_flow_TABLE from "[login to view URL]" for the exact fields to be included. The goal of this "cash flow" table is to calculate one addittional field called "XIRR" (Internal Rate of Return). The problem is that the Annual return figure that is provided DOES NOT properly take into account any additions or withdrawals DURING the year. Excel's XIRR function does this but it requires two inputs i. a vector with the starting balance, additions and withdrawals during the year and the final balance (which needs to be negative). ii. a vector of the dates associated with each of the "cashflows" above. The other thing that needs to be taken into account is that certain investments didn't begin until sometime in 2007. In this case, there needs to be some logic that looks at the "initial investment date" field and then starts the vector of cashflows and dates accordingly (compare the formula in cells AJ:8 & AJ:9 to those in AJ:10 and AJ:11). In the second case, the initial investment wasn't made until during 2007 so the range of values that are passed to the XIRR function needs to be adjusted to reflect that. 2) A userform needs to be created (actually I've already created it - it just needs the code behind it) that takes simple inputs from a user and creates a pivot table from it. This is intended for users who have VERY basic excel skills and would not be able to create and manipulate a pivot table. Refer to the VBA designer in "[login to view URL]". I've created a simple FORM in ACCESS (see [login to view URL]) that does a similar task. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
