We would like to design a niche dating web site for 'medical professionals'. The web site will be professionally designed keeping in mind the need and taste of our target clients. It will be e-commerce enabled to recieved online payments and maintain and manage account information of members. It will have the standard features of dating sites like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] i.e member profile with picture, video and voice capability, basic and advanced search, member matching according to pre set criteria chosen and ranked by members according to their importance, bookmarking members or search criterias, account information, member statistics, account management, live chat etc. The profile and search fields will contain unique criteria for our niche clientele. Periodic matching and email capability to members with their new matches on a weekly/ monthly basis will be available. The site will be flexible enough to accomodate changes as required by our business plan including promotional offers, rewards etc. The design, color schemes and graphics will be very professional, easy to navigate, creative and original. The web design & graphics and other features will have to be per our taste and requirements and will have to be approved before acceptance of the project. The web site will be set up and contents designed for a successful search engine promotion. The design and navigation will be simple, informative, user friendly and clean. 'Non discolsure and no compete' agreement will be signed before the award of contract. Bidders should have a good track record of communicating with the clients and should be willing to give us frequent updates regarding the progress of the project. The web site should be flexible enough to easily modify it into a separate and different niche dating site by modifying some criterions - example a dating site for people of christian faith. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
