Setup / Change existing Joomla website

I have an existing website, not-for-profit. It is setup with Joomla and iFreedom JFT template.
I would like the template customized with larger slides, most likely in Photoshop.
I will need each of the slides in PSD's with layers so that I can change text, etc. Will need brief instructions on where to place files when updating.
The site is operational now, just needs to be changed to fit the purpose.
If I get the right coder, I will keep on for the future further buildout of the site.
I will not pay more than $50 as this is a not-for-profit, no e-commerce, etc.
