Implement payment system for simple shareware site

Hello! This is a two part Project. Part 1 is the article, Part 2 is the actual implementation of the payment system on website (help me setup system between payment processor and my website). Want a coder with clear, effective writing in English to explain the setup, implementation, and the result of a registration system of selling shareware software on a website. It will be a detailed article. Experience with payment systems setup is required. Part 1 (article) is worth 10% of the accepted bid. 1)1-6 Different Software products available for download on my website.

2)Customer accesses registration page and inputs information to pay (which is passed on to payment processor; credit cards and/or paypal)

3)Upon confirmation of payment from the processor, the customer is immediately sent an email from the software website with registration key, and is shown a page on their browswer immediately, notifying them to check their email, but also shows the registration key there anyways.

4)The first name, last name, home address, email address, and registration key is saved the web server's database (for review, sorting, and saving)

The audience will be for those who are not technically talented with coding language or database administration.

Your task is to explain the following to people who want to setup a shareware website ; a)how should they setup their payment system (accepting credit cards, use of payment gateway; [url removed, login to view])

b)does there need to be anything done with the payment processing? customized programming (is it possible/necessary??)

c)whats coded in, is it to work with the database? will it work with mysql, cakephp? what's being used

d)will the setup provide for instantaneous email and browser page with key to customer (after payment processor authorizes payment?? will there be any server stall?

e)how does administrator navigate through the database information?

f)anticipate and answer other questions a typical "newbie" administrator would ask

g)what exactly would a programmer need to do to acheive all of the above?

h)also, would you, as a coder, be able to implement all of the above? also, what sort of timeframe?

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
