Photographer Directory - repost

I require a directory website to be built using the Codeigniter framework. The directory will allow users who visit the site to search for photographers/videographers based on location and the type of photographer they desire (e.g. Wedding photographer, baby photographer). They will be able to contact and request quotes from desired photographers Photographers will be able to register on the website and create a profile so that they may list for free. A photographer may operate in several regions (for location based search) and may fall into several categories (e.g. Wedding photographer, baby photographer - category based search) A profile may only go live once an administrator has approved it. Additional requirements for first milestone: -User must verify email address to complete registration -Home page must have latest photographers -Front end and back end HTML design (I have templates available from Themeforest for you to use) Additional requirements for second milestone: -A user should be able to add several photographers to a "basket" and contact /request quote from all the selected photographers. -A photographer needs to a create simple portfolio of images -A photographer also has a small blog where he can write articles. Every article gives the photographer bonus points and allows him to rank higher in searches -A photographer can create albums and add images for others to view I'm looking for a freelancer who can get to the first milestone as quickly as possibly as my deadline is short. The freelancer should be able to communicate to me on a daily basis and be able to show me the progress of their work.
