459290 Fix Two Codeigniter PHP Website Issues

I have two quick fixes I need done ASAP. I have a freelance site similar to Scriptlance and need a couple things fixed. 1. fix where the bid note email goes out to users. I have email settings I control via the admin panel that are supposed to send out emails depending on certain functions. For the most part all emails are being sent out automatically except for the "bid note" email that lets the user know when a bid has been placed on their project. I need you to make sure this email gets sent out when users projects are bid on. 2. tweak a page where users are not charged for addl features. In the admin panel I listed the price to feature projects as $0.00 however on a page if the user clicks on that feature it says "You do not have sufficient balance" which I do not want people to be charged yet for these additional features and just want it to go through without charging. If you respond telling me this is a 2-day project your bid will be removed. Understand I am only looking for someone to complete the same day, you will be required to sign NDA and agree that if you cannot fix in a day that you agree to cancel the project. I submit programmers to client projects so if you do a good and fast job on this I will definitely refer you to other client projects. If you do not have experience with codeigniter framework sites do NOT respond.
