I'd like to make a nicer GUI for [url removed, login to view] which is an open source video player.
It is a command line tool, which opens a simple window in which it plays back the video.
I guess there must be some techniques to "capture" this window and display the output in my own program somehow, maybe by intercepting [url removed, login to view]'s call to CreateWindow or similar. Maybe there are other techniques I don't know about.
Basically: Create a program (A) in C++ (C++Builder preferred) that launches [url removed, login to view], grabs its output somehow so it is displayed on a window of the executing program (A).
