DirectX Overlay

I need a .DLL that I can call from VB that will overlay a graphic file on top of a DirectX game.I have code in VB that will autogenerate my menu's on the fly and turn them into BMP's. I also have some C++ code that overlays a sample .BMP, but it doesn't work in the game that I need it too.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable/dll form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
