2 command lines utility

I need two console programs as follow:

First program:

This program will load a particular folder with random folders and files.

The name of folders and files is random characters.

Files again random characters.

I need to be able to specify:

Overall size of the file/folders created

Folders deep, how many sub folder the original folders has.

Max file sixe

Max number of files into a folder

For your info, this program need to generate at least 500 Gb of files/folders into a folder (let's say c:\test\)

This progam will be used for test load an ftp server.

Second program:

This program need to emulate normal files read/write, delete, create activity.

As such will take as argument the test folder (let's say c:\test\) and some sort of

load parameter.

With this load paramers I can specify CPU load or number of open/close files per second

or anything you belive will give me control over the program load.

It is important to have control over the load system to the point of overloading the machine.

Program need to work in multithread mode, and have thousands of files open at the same time.

Some visual feedback (like number of open/close files per seconds, current open files, number of threads etc)

If you like you can combine the two programs into one.

I will accept bid in following languages: C++, C#, VB6, VB.NET, I personaly prefear C++

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
