At each milestone we will want to review the work completed thus far and commit to payment after approval of the each milestone. All source code, scripts, software rights will be transferred to us at the conclusion of this effort. All milestone payments will not be released until end of project. At completion of the project we anticipate providing the selected developer ongoing work for enhancement, maintenance and upgrades proposes.
