Site for Media Files Search

I want a site completely like it for (Video, Image, Audio, Flash)Search. All the features are completely like it. For example: It updates with RSS. When the websites uptade,it updates automatically. Webmaster just add new websites !!! (Please see 'Latest Updated Sites' in [url removed, login to view]). I emphasize Please see All the features of FLURL.com.

Also I need to have a toolbar for my site. the toolbar should have a button for 'Last Updated Sites' & 'Upload Your Media Files'& space for 1 Line advertising on it in addition to Search field. in front of search field a Drop-Down Menu is needed for the Search type (like [url removed, login to view]).

Also FLURL makes thumbnails for Videos, I want my site have this function too. I need my toolbar work in IE & also in FireFox.

-Our Server is Windows.

-The design must be Professional and Nice.
