I'm looking for a community type of website, virtual social community network.

Visitors should be able to join the network, invite their friends to their network (already existing and non-existing members) and communicate: instant messages with notification on email, chat, message boards.

It should have the following features:

I've seen similar scripts here like this, my budget is small. But I can certainly add if I add additional features not listed above.

It will be great if you can send me a link to samples of similar projects.

I know my budget is low, however will pay a bonus for quick delivery and a quality product.
